 1. Name?
Kyle Bell

2. You play for Colorado State University, what position do you play?
Running Back

3. What year are you in?
Im heading into my junior year.

4. How did you choose CSU? Were you recruited by another schools? If so which ones?
I chose CSU mainly due to the people there. The coaching staff is awesome and I really like the connection I had with the players that were there. Fort Collins is a great town and it's real close to home for me. Wyoming and the University of Northern Colorado were the other schools that really pushed to get me.

5. For you personally which is a bigger rivalry, CSU and CU or CSU and Wyoming and why?
Well obvioiusly the game with CU is heated and always fun to watch, but I'd have to say for us the bigger game is Wyoming. The main reason is due to the fact that they're in our conference and the game means more to us from that standpoint. They also get a lot of players that CSU either recruits or passed up on, so that makes it interesting as well. Plus, simply the fact that it is wyoming and they wear brown.

6. Whats it like playing for a legend coach Sonny Lubick?
Coah Lubick is such a great guy...both a football coach and a person. He obvioulsy cares about you as a player and how you do on the field, but him and his staff are even more interesting in molding you into a good all around person. He takes time to get to know you when you first come in and his door is always open to anyone, anytime. Plus, he's been around the game for a long time and has a lot of good stories to tell.

7. CSU is losing some really good players on the offense. Do you think the offense will have to rely on you more this season?
I wouldn't say rely more, but I know I will defiantly have to step up more for us to be successfull. While we did lose some good players, we got some really good ones returning. We have four really good recievers who will fill in for Dave Anderson very nicely, a quarterback in Caleb Hanie who has starting experience, and a couple of young guys on the line who bring a lot of energy to the offense. I know we'll have the ability to score lots of points, it's just staying healthy that will be the main key.

8. How do you think Justin Holland who is now a Dolphin and David Anderson who is a Texan will do in the NFL?
I think Dave will find his role and have a chance to contribute. While he doesn't stack up to the prototypical NFL reciever size wise, he's such a hard worker and he's always trying to put himself in a position to succeed. I feel the same way about Justin. He didn't have the most glamerous college career statistic wise, but he has all the tools to become and NFL quarterback. I wish both of them nothing but the best. Plus they are really great guys to play with.

9. CSU finished second in the MWC. Looking to this next season do you feel that CSU will have another shot at the MWC title?
Absolutly. I think TCU and Utah are probably going to the the pre season front runners and the teams to beat for the title, but this team is most defiantly capable of it. We have an explosive offense with players who can score from anywhere on the field, and an experienced defense who feels they have a lot to prove.

10. You got to play in the Poinsettia Bowl this past year. What was the feeling like going into that Bowl game?
It was a very fun experience. It was the first time for the game and everyone was excited to have us and Navy there. Going into a game like that you obvioulsy want to enjoy the experience and have fun in a town like San Diego, but when it all comes down to it it's about winning the game. I think preperation wise we got a little side tracked, but it was still a good experience for this team and it got the program back that taste of the bowl game in our mouth.

11. Whats been your best moment in your football career so far?
I think the high point was our win at New Mexico. It's tough going into a place like that and winning, and it was a battle for four quarters. But we played tough and stayed strong till the end. But even more exciting was getting Coach Lubick his 100th win. I've never been a locker room after a game that was as excited and as energized after a game as that one.

12. Who are your favorite sports teams you like to follow?
Being from Colorado I always follow the teams here. I've been a big Bronco fan my whole life, and I always love to watch the Nuggets Avs and Rockies.

13. What are you plans for the future?
Well I obvioulsy am excited about the two years I have left at CSU. I just hope to make myself into the best football player I can become and hopefully lead the team to a couple of MWC titles. After college I hope I can pursue a career in professional football, where afterwards i can move up to the broadcast booth. But I like to take things one year at a time.

14. Fun question, if you could change one thing in the world, what would it be and why?
Simply I think I would take hatred out of the world. Everywhere people are fighting and killing and in the end what is it that we are really accomplishing? It is scary to think that with the touch of a button we could pretty much destroy man kind as we know it, but yet that somehow makes us able to sleep better at night. How are we able to fight others if we can't even fight our own hatred and feelings towards them?
